Before & After using my own SOS skincare tips.

My skin type & concerns:
Oily Skin, Big Pores, Cystic, Acne Prone, Sensitive, Redness.

What made me decide to take action:
Firstly, it's so annoying to try to cover up with make up! When my skin is so bad with many bumps, I always fear my make up 'dropping' at any time of the day.
Secondly, even though I can cover up with make up, my skin still looks very bad with many bumps all over. It's not helping at all!

How long did I take to improve my skin condition:
It took me approximately 5 months to see improvements. Diligently everyday I do my routine. Never once I missed out. Do not change products. Use it until you feel that your skin condition has stabilised.

Foods to avoid and foods to take:
Avoid too much sugar intake and salt. I avoid prawns and crabs too as I have a slight allergy to them. Cut down on fried stuffs too. Every night I will eat a cup of greek yogurt top with strawberries / blueberries. Please take only greek yogurts and not sweetened yogurts. 

Do I still get acne or cyst:
Yes of course, sadly. Whenever the time of the month is here my hormones will go siow(crazy). I would get skin irritations very easily and naughty acnes. I just keep up with a intense treatment to cool it down. It's better to treat then leave it there.

Tips for big stubborn acne:
Wash your face with green tea lukewarm water. (Soak a green tea bag in a face wash basin).
Massage your face with green tea ic cubes.
It really helps a lot on inflammation skin.
