(PR) Hebeloft Tov Camellia Cleansing Balm & Lip & Hand Cream Review

09:12:00

Back with another blogpost before I fly off. I had been trying out this cleansing balm for quite sometime and it's actually my first cleansing balm product that I had ever used. Honestly, I still have mix feelings over this. But read on to find out more, who knows it might suit your skin?

Let's start off with the cleansing balm.

What it is:
• Containing rich vegetable butters, TOV Camellia Cleansing Balm effectively exfoliates your skin without drying it out.
• It helps to remove makeup and impurities in your skin while helping to diminish fine lines by moisturizing your skin, promoting cell renewal, and increasing circulation.

Ingredient List *extracted from their site*:
Mineral Oil, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, Polyethylene, PEG-8 Isostearate, Orbignya Oleifera Seed Oil, Fragrance, Tocopheryl Acetate, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol,1,2-Hexanediol, Ethylhexlglycerin,Camellia Japonica Flower Extract, Butylene Glycol

White balm. Looks like plastic.

I drew some eyeliner on it and it cleanses off REALLY WELL. Without a doubt, everything melts within your finger tips. However, there was a film that's always left on my skin which I am not very used to. Of course, I do not use cleansers that are way too stripping for my skin. But they don't leave a greasy film at the very least, hmm.

Does it does what it claims?
Claim 1: Containing rich vegetable butters, TOV Camellia Cleansing Balm effectively exfoliates your skin without drying it out.
Yes, it really isn't drying at all. It's really very moisturizing which felt as if I had directly applied a moisturiser right after cleansing. No tight feeling at all.
Claim 2: It helps to remove makeup and impurities in your skin while helping to diminish fine lines by moisturizing your skin, promoting cell renewal, and increasing circulation.
Cleanses off make up very well but as what i had said, I don't really like the film left behind. I still did double cleansing.

Summary of product:
Packaging
~ Plastic tub. Lightweight but bulky. Convenient for travel as it will not spill.

Smell
~ Plastic scented.

Color?
~White, Melts with heat.

Pros
~ Cleans off makeup really very well.
~ Not stripping so skin was not tight.
~ No fragrance.
~ Convenient for travel.
~ Pretty packaging steals my heart!

| Cons |
~ Abit tad too much for oily skin, I didn't like the finishing.

Thoughts
I would prefer to lug this with me to colder weathers instead of the humid weather here. It's my first time trying out a cleansing balm thus I really did not know what to expect. It was a little out of what I thought it would be. But still, it was pretty much a good experience, knowing that I can skip eye removers as this one melts down eye make up.

Next up, I will talk on this Lip & Hand product. I love this. It's really convenient as it's a 2 in 1 product. Great to bring around.

They were kind to send me this too when I was supposed to pick only one item. Thank you so much!

What is it:
HAND CREAM - provides a rich, intensive hydration and smooth texture that moisturises dry hands without the stickiness.
LIP BALM - prevents moisture from evaporating and keeps your lips moist and lively.

Swatches. The lip tint has a slight cast which I like! The hand cream wasn't too thick and it's easily spreadable.

Does it does what it claims?
Claim 1: HAND CREAM - provides a rich, intensive hydration and smooth texture that moisturises dry hands without the stickiness.
Yep, it did! It has a really nice subtle floral scent which was not too overwhelming. No tacky nor sticky feeling left. Hands did feel very soft after use.

Claim 2: LIP BALM - prevents moisture from evaporating and keeps your lips moist and lively.
Love the lip balm too~ I appreciate the cast because it saves me time from having to retouch my lips. So instead of having to moisturise and tint it, I just have to use this. Saves me lots of time!

Well, definitely I liked this one more over the balm. My hands cracks when it's too dry and this was a saver. It's a nice hand cream and I have fetish for em haha! Anyway, I will repurchase this kind of product in future for sure xo
